Room hire
Whether you’re planning a wellbeing activity, meeting, training, conference or any other event, Ham Green House offers a wide choice of rooms in a stunning Georgian setting just outside Bristol, that can be set up in a variety of styles to suit your needs.
Event rooms
We have spacious event rooms available for hire which can comfortably accommodate from 40 to 80 guests.
Garden room
With three double doors looking out onto our beautiful gardens, this special room can hold up to 80 people conference-style, or 60 cabaret-style with round tables.
Cost: £300 for a full day / £150 for a half day.

Being able to meet in such calm surroundings immediately encourages delegates to put aside any interruptions and focus on the matter at hand. The ability to move out into the gardens, either for working conversations or during breaks is also extremely valuable.”
Sycamore studio
This lovely space, with doors onto our rose garden, is great for smaller conferences of up to 40 people, or gatherings of around 18 people café style.
Cost: £250 for full day / £125 for half day.

Meeting rooms
If you are organising a board meeting, training event or simply need break-out space for your activity, we have a number of attractive flexible spaces available for hire.
Gingko meeting room
This charming room, with doors out onto our beautiful gardens, can be arranged boardroom style and seats up to 14 people comfortably.
Cost: £200 for full day / £100 half day.
This meeting room is named after the Gingko tree in our gardens – a species that has several therapeutic properties. We also use the Gingko leaf symbol in our logo.
Monkey Puzzle meeting room
With access to our wonderful gardens, this is another great space for meetings of between 12 and 14 delegates.
Cost: £200 full day / £100 half day.
Cedar meeting room
Planning a slightly larger meeting? This room can sit as many as 18 people boardroom style.
Cost: £200 full day / £100 half day.
“We held our annual company away day at Ham Green House and it was absolutely the perfect venue for us. It was great to get people away from the office to a tranquil setting with such great facilities and meeting rooms. We used the kitchen demonstration room in the afternoon for a fun chocolate making session which really brought everyone together. Being close to the motorway with good parking meant it was easy for everyone to get to and the superb gardens were an added bonus.”

Oak meeting room
This flexible space on the first floor can accommodate meetings of up to 18 people.
Cost: £200 full day / £100 half day.
Magnolia meeting room
Adjoining Oak, this room makes an ideal larger break-out space or can be used for smaller group work.
Cost: £150 full day / £75 half day
Wellbeing spaces
We have a number of rooms available that are ideal for smaller group activities and therapies.
Music room
This spacious room with its large Victorian windows overlooking the gardens comes with relaxation chairs and stools for up to 16 delegates.
Cost: £200 full day / £100 half day.

The Cedar House
The Cedar House is a covered structure within the gardens that is a perfect tranquil breakout space during your event. It has comfortable armchairs within, and is built from Cedar wood from a tree that fell down in our gardens.

Therapy room
This tranquil space is available to practitioners for £60 per day.

“At Bosom Buddies, we support ladies who are living with breast cancer. We have had a couple of afternoon tea celebrations using Ham Green House and the gardens which have been very successful on many levels. The care and attention to detail from all the team has been exceptional. The hospitality team have also helped us in organising well being days which have been appreciated and enjoyed by all."
